We have been Ballston Spa’s premier delicatessen since our opening in 2005. Our deli meat is roasted on site and each one of our soups is homemade from scratch. We offer the best hot sandwiches in the area and our Chili was a finalist in the 2008 Ballston Spa Chili-Chowder Fest.
We pride ourselves on always providing you, our neighbors and customers, with the best tasting and the highest quality food. We make everything from "scratch" using only the freshest ingredients we can find. We roast our beef and turkey in our own ovens to provide you with the freshest sandwich meat.We are proud to support our local farms by buying fresh ingredients that can be found in each of our items.
