History of the Saratoga Chip lecture hosted by Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation |

SARATOGA SPRINGS -The Saratoga Springs Preservation Foundation will hold a lecture on the The History of the Saratoga Chip Tuesday, August 21.

The lecture will feature Alan Richer, a local Saratoga Chip historian and collector.

Mr. Richer will speak on the origins of the Saratoga Chip as well as some of the mythology surrounding the invention of the potato chip.

The lecture will be $5 and will take place at the Spring Street Gallery, 110 Spring Street at 7pm.
