BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. - Two Ballston Spa teens are facing charges after breaking down the door and stealing from the Pop-Warner concession stand at the Ballston Spa High School/ Middle School Campus. 

The exterior steel door to the concession stand was kicked in and large amounts of candy and other concession items were taken.  The burglary is said to have taken place between the nights of July 6 and July 9.

On Wednesday Justin M. Cohn and Christopher J. Cohn, both Ballston Spa natives plead not guilty to burglary in the third degree and the matter was adjourned for the date of Aug. 10 at Ballston Town Court.

Both Cohns were sent to the Saratoga County Jail on $7,500 cash bail.
