Waterford man wins scratch off lotto | News
WATERFORD - The latest millionaire in the Capital Region wants to go to Rome and wake up to hear church bells.
Stanley Muraski says he's played for the "Set for Life" scratch off ticket for years, because he always seemed to win on that ticket.
On July 2, the 80-year-old finally earned the jackpot of $5 millions. He bought the winning ticket at the Stewart's Shops in Waterford.
“Well, I looked at it and looked at it and I said this is surreal,” said Stanley Muraski.
Muraski will receive a portion of the prize money for the rest of his life.
